The short version.

I built this sanctuary because I couldn’t find it elsewhere. After years of quiet healing, juggling the delicate balance of business and life, I realized that morning tea was often the only time that truly felt like mine. I saw that the wellness industry sells information when what we actually need is infrastructure—rhythm, community, and a held container to breathe. In therapy, they call it a “held container”—a space where your nervous system can finally exhale. It’s the mix of feeling deeply seen and having enough structure that your feelings don’t spill everywhere. The holding is the invisible safety net: you’re not alone with what hurts. The container is the boundary: there’s a rhythm, a frame, a way through. Most of us were given tools, not containers. This work exists to change that. This realization birthed my ecosystem: VitilaTea is the plants, Vibe n' Thrive is the practice, SP Marz is the story, and EnSpace is the conception holding it all together.

THE LONG VERSION

How this became the work.

My journey didn’t begin in a classroom or a boardroom; it began at the feet of women who knew the silence of the American soil and the volume of a well-steeped cup of herbs. These were my first teachers—women who understood that plants were more than ingredients; they were holders of emotional truth and ancestral resilience.

But life has a way of leading us into the desert. For years, I existed in survival mode, a relentless loop of burnout where the noise of expectations drowned out the whispers of my own needs. I sought healing in the usual places, only to realize that information alone wasn’t enough. You can have all the courses in the world, but without rhythm, community, and a held container, you remain parched.

“The wellness industry taught me tools. What healed me was infrastructure.”

The awakening came in small, quiet moments—a conversation that lingered, a recognition of my own power in the steam of a morning tea, and the realization that I had inherited both a quiet knowing and a heavy exhaustion. I knew then that my work was to build the infrastructure for others to find their own thirst quenched.

VitilaTea came first

Plants were my first save. VitilaTea was born as the commerce home for herbal blends, single herbs, minerals, crystals, and the tactile tools—journals and books—that ground the spirit.

Vibe n Thrive came from the missing piece

It was the structure and community I searched for. A communal sanctuary offering a monthly rhythm of workshops and practice to leave survival behind.

Then came the stories

SP Marz, EnSpace, and titles like The Unmaking of America and Unlocking Co-Creator Mode are the narrative anchors where speculative fiction meets transformational truth.

“I inherited the quiet knowing—and the exhaustion. Both shaped this work.”
